Andie Welsch joined Greenlight Reinsurance Ltd. as a Vice President in May 2009.  Ms. Welsch has 6 years of experience in the property and casualty reinsurance industry, most recently serving as Vice President of the Structured Reinsurance team at Benfield Inc (now Aon Benfield) in New York.  Prior to joining Benfield in October 2003, Ms. Welsch practiced law at a large London law firm, where she specialized in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Insurance and Reinsurance, and Investment Funds.  Having attained an LLB in Law from King's College, London, Ms. Welsch thereafter graduated with distinction from the College of Law, Guildford.  She passed the New York Bar in 2006 and is a registered member of the Law Society of England and Wales, the New York Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
